Capacity: if making 10mm thick tiles, it can make 184-216Sq.m per hour. If making 25mm thick tiles, it can make 104-128Sq.m per hour.
Remarks:

1). The power consumption is based on Electricity Heating Type, if your adopts steam heating type of oil heating type, electricity consumption can save 90%, but need spend money on boiler, pipes and coal. For small rubber tile making plant, it is better to adopts electricity heating type, for big rubber tile making plant, it is better to adopts steam heating type of oil heating type.

    at this stage I’m conducting a study phase for a rubber tile plant project, I’m still lost in details… The Business plans available on your website have been very helpful, could you please send me some reference documents to finish my study phase and moveon to the next phase.
    Could you please also supply me the formula of mixing ( for example 80% rubber + 10 % PU bonding agent + 5% EPDM flecks + 5% color pigments…?) even in a rough way so i could calculate the plant efficiency.
    A process description document shall be preferable.
    Please be informed that I intend to purchase materials from your company because as I checked your company is the best in terms of machinery and technologie.
