Is there possible policy barriers in used tire recycling business?

No, not yet, because used tire recycling is a changing waste to treasure, beneficial and harmless industry, all countries in the world value waste tire recycling very much, not only will not set policy barriers, but also through legislation, subsidies, tax relief and other measures to full support of waste tire recycling, such as:

1). As early as in 1992, Canada established waste tire recycling management committee, and through legislation, charge C$4 from each new tire as recycling fund, and ensure the fund will be used on used tire recycling projects, the used tire recycling company not only no need buy used tires, but also can get about C$2-4 subsidies for recycling each used tire.

2).
