JYCQ Series Sheet Punching Machine

Application

It is also named die punching machine or die cutting machine, used to punch sheet products to mat products, the material can be punched by this machine can be rubber, leather, PVC, EVA, expandable polyethylen, foamed polystyrene, fabric, paper, etc. The finished mat shape and size will be exactly same as the knife shape and size. We will make the punching knife according to your requirement, the punching knife can be steel knife or laser knife, steel knifes are used to punch inaccurate product, laser knife are used to punch accurate products, such as puzzle mat, etc.

Structure

It is mainly consist of hydraulic cylinder, control panel, punching table, link devices, automatic lubrication system, cutting height and cutting force adjustment device, automatic balancing mechanism, etc.

Principle

Motor drive hydraulic cylinder to make the frame holder move up and down to punch the sheet products to mat products,the finished mat shape and size will be exactly same as the knife shape and size.
