This machine is designed to slice 2-120mm thick rubber tiles or EVA mat into thin rubber sheet, such as 1mm, 2mm, etc.
Structure
It is mainly consist of Base, Beam, Rollers, Knife belt, Knife Belt Wheels, Grinding wheel, Motor, etc.
Principle
Pinch roll feed rubber tiles in, the main motor drive the knife belt rotate to slice rubber tiles in the thin pieces or sheet according to output thickness setting, grinding wheels ensure the knife belt be always sharp.
