Application

The machine is mainly applicable to cutting natural rubber, synthetic rubber and reclaimed rubber, and other plastic materials, especially suitable for installing near the banbury mixer, so that the output small pieces to be filled to banbury mixer directly.

Structure

This machine mainly has a cutting knife, rack, working oil cylinder, base, auxiliary working table and hydraulic system, electrical system, and other parts, the bottom of the rubber knife is equipped with nylon pad, to protect the knife blade.

Principle

When it work, motor drive piston make reciprocating motion, so that to cut the bigger rubber blocks into small blocks by hydraulic power. Put the bigger rubber blocks under the cutting knife, and then press the Start button, the hydraulic oil drive the knife along the rack downwards to cut raw materials. There are upper and lower two limit switches to change the direction of the cutter’s movement and protect the cutting knife.
