Application

Structure
Mainly consists of frame, main motor, feeding gear motor, shaft, V-belt transmission system, feeding wheel, fixed knives and rotation knives, steel(iron) separator, etc.
Principle
The Gear motor drive feeding wheel feed the car tire treads in, the main motor drive the shafts and rotation knives rotate, to make relative motion with fixed blades, so that to strip and shear the car tire treads to 1cm granules and slide to the JYCX-200 Steel(Iron) Separator to remove the steel wire(With some rubber on), in this whole process, almost no fiber come out.
