Application
Used to on-site wet pour pave rubber playfields, such as rubber playground, rubber racetracks, rubber walkway, etc. The material be paved is the mixture of rubber granule and PU binder mixed by JYJB-200 Tilting Wet Pour Mixer or 250L Rubber Crumb Mixer. The Rubber Granule can be EPDM rubber granule and Recycled SBR granule recycled from various waste rubber products or recycled from waste tires.
Structure
It is mainly consist of frame, motor, inverter, control panel, heating plate, trowel heater, temperature controller, steel tracks, hydraulic cylinder, thickness adjusting mechanism, operator chair, moving tires, etc.
Principle
Motor drive steel tracks rotate to make the machine forward and drive the heating plate make reciprocating motion, so that to press and heat cure the wet pour rubber granule on ground.

Rubber playgrounds, such as rubber racetracks, normally made with two layers. The bottom layer adopts less PU binder mix SBR, which is recycled from various rubber products or recycled from used tires, and continuously paved by this series rubber paving machine. The top layer adopts more PU binder mix EPDM granules and EPDM Powder, which can be paved by this series rubber paving machine, too. But for ensuring the roughness, friction, and durability, it is better to be sprayed by JYPT-120 Wet Pour Rubber Sprayer.

I need someone to send me information on purchasing a JYTP-1200 and shipping to Texas at a 79602 Zip Code. I also have questions regarding how this product can be used with the EPDM granules that we currently use in addition to the PU binder that we currently use. Regarding how to use JYTP-1200 with the EPDM granules in addition to the PU binder, it is exactly the same as use JYTP-1200 with the EPDM granules with the black SBR granules in addition to the PU binder as shown in the video on page of http://www.usedtirerecycling.com/jytp-series-wet-pour-rubber-paving-machine/.
The power source requirement is 5.5Kw.
Additional equipment is mixers, if you want to save money, you can buy one 250L mixer as shown on http://www.usedtirerecycling.com/rubber-crumb-mixers/. If you want to remove the mixer and mixed material much easier, you can buy one JYJB-200 Hydraulic Tilting Type Wet Pour Mixer as shown on http://www.usedtirerecycling.com/jyjb-200-hydraulic-tilting-type-wet-pour-mixer/.
Regarding how to clean for longevity, just use brush and xylene to clean the paving plate will be ok.
