Application

When crushing fiber tire blocks, there will be a lot of coarse fiber thread and fiber ball on top of the big vibration screen, this machine is designed to remove the coarse fiber thread and fiber ball from above of the vibration screen.

Structure

Mainly consists of Frame, Blower, Suction Hood, Pipes, and Cyclone Hopper, etc.

Principle

When the big blower work, will cause great Negative Pressure at Suction Hood, so that to suck the coarse fiber thread and fiber ball to the cyclone hopper via pipes, then fall down in the cyclone hopper to the outlet under the cyclone pressure.
