Anti Slip,Heating Insulation,Sound-proofing Rubber Flooring Roll Plant(Also be named as Rubber Thermo-Acoustic Sheath Production Line,Rubber Flooring Cover Producing Line)
Used to make various thickness and density of Colorful,Anti Slip,Heating Insulation,Sound-absorbing and vibration-damping sheets by SBR granule/mulch EPDM granules and PU binder, the SBR granule/mulch is recycled from used tires or other rubber products.
Machine List: Consists of Mixer, Cylinder Molds, Hydraulic Press, Vulcanizing Room, Rotary Cutter, Thickness Electronic Measuring and Controlling Device, Length Measuring Device, Trimming Device, Coiling Machine, etc.
Process: Mix Recycled Rubber Granules and Color EPDM Granules with PU binder, then press mixed material into cylinder(bar) mold and vulcanize into cylinder bar, then use the rubber (SBR/EPDM) flooring rolls cutting machine cut from hot molded rubber bar into the sliced rubber mats (rolls) according to buyer’s length, width and thickness requirement.
