1. Application: JYFB-1200 Tire Half Splitter is designed to split tires no bigger than 1200mm into two parts from center line, prepare for next step of using Tire Strip and Block Cutter(Two in One) to cut the tire into 3-5cm tire blocks.
2. Structure: Mainly consists of frame, Transmission System, Hydraulic System, Motor, Tire Support Platform, Discs Knives,etc.
3. Principle: Place the tire on the tire support platform and hold the fixed disc knife, start the power supply and press start button, the moving disc knive will rotate and the hydraulic cylinder move the moving disc knife to the tire automatically. The two disc knives shear the tire tread until the tire is completely splitted into two parts. After cutting, start the lifting button, the oil cylinder will automatically move the moving disc knive away, then take out the splitted tire parts off will be ok.
