Mainly consist of Motor, Hydraulic System, Cylinders, Knives, Frame, Material Cutting Part, Fixed Blade and Rotating Blade, etc.
Principle
Motor drive two cylinders work, one cylinder drive the catching part catch the tires stably, then the other cylinder drive the rotating knives move to the fixed knives, so that to shear the tires.
