Application

It adopts blower wind to collect crumb products such as rubber crumb, plastic crumb from other machine side, it also can be used to collect dust or fly fiber from other machine above.

Structure

It mainly consists of frame, motor, blower, pipe, cyclone hopper, etc.

Principle

Two motor drive blower to form the air flow to suck crumb products or dust into pipes and cyclone hopper, the whirlwind in the cyclone hopper will make the crumb products falling down to bags and make the dust or fly fiber going up with the upping air to open air, if you do not want to dust or fly fiber to open air, you can make the upping air pass a dust collecting fiber bag to collect the dust and fly fiber, because air can pass the fabric, the dust or fiber fiber can not pass.
