Used to weigh and pack various powder or granule material into bags at setting weight.
Structure
Mainly consists of frame, bag catching device, material hopper, material blocking breaking device, material hopper, horizontal screw feeder, material falling mouth, weighing instrument, sensor, control panel, converter, air cylinder, solenoid valve, belt conveyor, bag sewing machine, etc.
Principle
Set the bag weight you want to get, and put bag on the bag catching device, material blocking device will break possible material blocks in the material hopper, so that the material can fall to the horizontal screw feeder, which will push the material from the material hopper to the falling mouth and fall into the bag, weighing instrument real-time detect the bag weight, sensor send the bag weight to the control panel, once the bag weight closing the setting weight, the converter will automatically lower the feeding speed of horizontal screw feeder to feed material slowly, once reach the setting weight, the horizontal screw feeder will stop automatically and the material falling mouth will closed, the bag catching system will release the bag to the belt conveyor, the belt conveyor will convey the bag to the sewing machine, sewing machine will sew the bag.

Yes, you can set the weight of each bag. If you set it 30kgs per bag, once the bag weight reach 30kgs, the feeder will stop automatically, and restart to feed after the operator put a new bag on. If you set it 35kgs per bag, once the bag weight reach 35kgs, the feeder will stop automatically, and restart to feed after the operator put a new bag on……
