Application
When wet pour paving rubber playground, due to the paving area is huge, if mix rubber wet pour material at one location, need transport the mixed material in bulk from the mixing location to another, for solving this problem, we developed this moving hydraulic tilting type wet pour mixer, it have wheels, can remove easily from one location to another, and it can tilting the hopper to pour mixed material to the right location directly.
Structure
It is mainly consist of hydraulic cylinders, frame, material hopper, shaft, stirring rotor, control panel, wheels, etc.
Principle
Motor drive stirring rotor to mix the material evenly, hydraulic cylinders drive the hopper tilt to pour mixed material out.
