Application
JYLG Series of Vulcanizing Pot mainly used for vulcanize various rubber products in bulk, such as rubber sheets, rubber mats, rubber plates, rubber pads, rubber cable sheath, rubber shoes, rubber hose, rubber gloves, rubber cots, rubber tapes, rubber balls, etc.
Structure
JYLG Series of Vulcanizing Pot mainly consists of pot body, pot door open and lock system, mechanical transmission system, heating system, temperature control system, pressure control system, etc.
Principle
Put the unvulcanized rubber products on hanger trolley, and push hanger trolley in the vulcanizing pot, close and lock the door, the heating system, temperature control system and pressure control system will increase the inside temperature to setting temperature and pressure and keep them stable, to satisfy the requirements of vulcanizing technology to cure the unvulcanized rubber products to vulcanized products.
