Shred tires up to 170cm into tire scraps. It also can be used to shred metal plate, metal barrel, even car shells into metal scraps.
Structure
Mainly consists of Frame, Motor, Harden Teeth Gear Reducers, Shafts, Knives, Hydraulic Material Pressing System, Stairs, etc.
Principle
When feed used tires or metal plate, metal barrel, car shells into the shredding chamber, main motors drive knives making relative motion to shear them into scraps. For some wide material, the hydraulic material pressing system can press them to be shredded.
