Shred debeaded tire sections or whole debeaded tires up to 90cm into 5*5cm tire scraps.
Structure
Mainly consists of Frame, Motor, Harden Teeth Gear Reducers, Shafts, Knives, Belt Conveyors, Rotation Screen, etc.
Principle
Conveyor to sent the debeaded tires into the shredding chamber, main motors drive knives making relative motion to shear tires into strips, the strips can not pass the screen net, so that to be fed to shredding chamber to be shred again till reach size of 5*5cm and go out from screen net holes, then be sent out by output belt conveyor.
