Application
In Tire Recycling Plant, after making tires into tire blocks by tire cutter and tire shredder, the tire blocks can be used for fuel or pyrolysis only, for further using, require JYXKP series tire block crushing line(Crumb Rubber Machinery or name it Rubber Powder Production Line) to crush tire blocks into rubber powder, and remove steel wire and fiber, this machine is the right machine to crush tire blocks into rubber powder and remove steel wire, for removing fiber out, require add one JYXF-500 Fiber Separator.
Structure
Mainly consists of JYXKP Rubber Crusher and other Crumb Rubber Machinery, such as Vibration Screens, Feeding Belt Conveyor, Magnetic Belt Conveyors, Lubrication System, etc.
JYXKP Rubber Crusher is the main machine, mainly consists of Base, Frame, Working rolls, Bearing, Gear Reducer, Coupling, Motor, Heating or Cooling System, Roll Clearance Adjusting System, Emergency Braking System, Lubrication System, etc.
Working Process
Feed the 3-5cm tire blocks in the Big Vibration Screen by conveyor or manually, when the Big Vibration Screen vibrating, the tire blocks will go to the Big Belt Conveyor, then be sent to the JYXKP Rubber Crusher to be crushed, the crushed material will fall to the Big Vibration Screen again, some big material can not pass through the Big Vibration Screen holes will go to the Big Belt Conveyor again to be sent back to JYXKP Rubber Crusher to be crushed again, some fine material will pass through the Big Vibration Screen holes and fall to Small Belt Conveyor to be sent to the Small Vibration Screen, before the material falling down to the Small Vibration Screen, the Magnetic Separator Will Remove the Steel Wire from the end of the Small Belt Conveyor, the separated steel wire can be sold directly.
The material after separating steel wire will fall to the Small Vibration Screen, there are 3 different sizes of screen nets installed on the Small Vibration Screen, the screen net sizes can be changed, take installed 20mesh,30mesh, 40mesh screen nets as an example in following description, some material can not pass though the top screen net(20mesh), will return to the Big Belt Conveyor to be sent to the JYXKP Rubber Crusher to be crushed again, some material can pass the top screen net(20mesh) but can not pass the middle screen net(30mesh) will go out to Magnetic Conveyor I to separate out possible small steel wire or powder, then sent to NO.1 bag as output (20-30mesh rubber powder).
Some material can pass both top screen net(20mesh) and middle screen net(30mesh), but can not pass the bottom Screen net(40mesh) will go out to Magnetic Conveyor II to separate out possible small steel wire or powder, then sent to NO.2 bag as output (30-40mesh rubber powder).
Some material can pass all top screen net(20mesh),middle screen net(30mesh) and bottom Screen net(40mesh) will go out to Magnetic Conveyor III to separate out possible small steel wire or powder, then sent to NO.3 bag as output (40-60mesh rubber powder).
The 3 screen nets can be changed, also can be removed separately, so that to get 3 sizes of rubber powder at same time, or only get 2 sizes of rubber powder at same time or only get 1 size of rubber powder at same time.

When the container reach buyers’ tire recycling plant, they can open the cover of the container and remove all items out by crane from top.

Thank you for inquiry. But 15-20mm is equal to 1.5-2cm, it is too big size to break the rubber from the steel. So, if you want to produce 15-20 mm rubber without steel, you only can get it from fiber bias tires.
If you want to get rubber crumb from steel Radial Tires, it need to crush the tires into 4mm.
