Application
Used to cut OTR tire sidewalls from OTR tire Treads, the maximum OTR tire size can be cut is 2400mm in diameter or 4000mm in diameter.
Structure
Mainly consists of frame, OTR tire expansion supporting mechanism, OTR tire rotating system, motor, V-belt, control panel, knife and knife cooling system, etc.
Principle
OTR tire expansion supporting mechanism expand to catch the OTR tire, Motor drive the OTR tire rotate, then insert knife from above, so that to cut off the sidewall, the cooling system will spray cooling water to the knife.
